1. Services 

The tour Includes:
Round-trip private coach from Toulouse Airport to Alet-les-Bains
Accommodations as outlined in the itinerary
Buffet breakfasts each day
Daily lunches and dinners as outlined in the itinerary
Wine at many meals
Group transportation by coach during the tour
Sightseeing and activities as outlined in the itinerary
Intensive teachings, group ceremonies and workshops

2. Payment Terms

All payments are in U.S. dollars.

Per person in a single room with private bath, $6994
Per person in a single room with a shared bath, $6434
Per person in a twin shared room with a private bath, $5899
Per person in a twin shared room with a shared bath, $5674
Price per couple in a room with one bed and a private bath, $11,398

A 50% deposit is due upon completing your reservation in order to hold your place on the tour.

The 50% balance is due no later than 30 days from your initial deposit to secure your accommodations on the tour. Any late payments may cause accommodations to be subject to availability.

3. Cancellation Policy

All payments are non-refundable. It is strongly advised that guests secure Travel Insurance upon making the first 50% deposit. 


4. Travel insurance

The purchase of Travel Insurance is important as a way to protect your investment in the trip as all deposits and final payments are non-refundable.

Travel insurance is a financial safety net that covers your costs before or during a trip should there be an unforeseen event such as medical emergencies, medical evacuations, lost luggage, and flight delays. A Travel Insurance plan will reimburse non-refundable expenses and provides 24/7 assistance services.  You can apply for a “Cancel for any Reason” premium policy if you book your travel insurance within 14 days of the date you make your deposit. 

5. Tour Price Adjustments: 

The per person pricing for the tour is calculated based on rates secured in advance of actual travel dates as well as a minimum number of guests. If there are cost increases due to currency fluctuation, increased overseas expenses, changes to the tour itinerary, a failure to secure the minimum number of guests, etc., Spirit Revolution Journeys reserves the right to assess each registered guest with a surcharge.  If necessary, any surcharge will be presented to each guest before the trip begins.  Every effort will be made to keep any surcharge costs low.

If the tour is canceled do to an insufficient guest minimum, Spirit Revolution Journeys reserves the right to cancel the tour and will refund 90% of any deposit or full payment.

6. Guest Responsibilities 

All guests must travel with a valid passport. U.S. passports must be valid for at least six months after you depart the U.S.

Flights to and from Toulouse–Blagnac Airport are the responsibility of each guest.  Each guest must be at Toulouse–Blagnac airport by 1pm on June 13 in order to join the coach bus to Alets-les-Bains. Guest arriving after the 1pm coach departure will be required to use additional transportation at their own cost.

As a guest, you agree to:
Provide accurate personal information
Adhere to the tour schedule
Respect local customs and laws
Respect other guests and service providers
Possess necessary travel documents
No unauthorized recordings or distribution of any guests or presentations
All information presented during the tour is the intellectual property and copyright of Kathleen McGowan

Spirit Revolution Journeys shall have the right to decline to accept or to retain any guest, with no refund, based on a physical infirmity, mental condition or any behavior that impacts the rights and welfare of other guests and/or service providers.  

7. Consumer Disclosure Notice

Spirit Revolution Journeys and/or its agents act only in capacity as agents for the passenger in all matters connected with hotel accommodations, sight-seeing tours and transportation, whether by air, rail, bus, motorcar, boat or any other means and as agent holds itself free of responsibility for any damage occasioned by any cause.

Spirit Revolution Journeys and/or its agents will not be responsible for any damage, expenses or inconveniences caused by late departures or change of schedule, strikes or to their conditions, nor will be responsible for loss or damage to baggage or any of the passenger’s belongings. All prices quoted are correct at time of registration, include the cost of operation of the tours, and are subject to currency changes.

Spirit Revolution Journeys and/or its agents shall not be responsible for personal injury, death or property damage as a result of force majeure, Covid viruses or for any other losses or damages incurred by any person or tour participants caused by any delay or change of itinerary or arising out of any act, including, but not limited to, any act of negligence, any person acting for or on behalf of Spirit Revolution Journeys for transportation, accommodation or sight-seeing provider or any other person or entity rendering any of these services or accommodations being offered in connection with these tours.

If Spirit Revolution Journeys cancels a tour due to insufficient registrations, 90% of your payment will be refunded. If cancellation is due to a pandemic or event beyond our control, we reserve the right to offer alternative arrangements. Alternative arrangements may include transfer of the reservation and funds received to a future date on the same tour.  Any dispute arising out of these tours, must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the completion of the tour and will be settled by arbitration within the State of California.
